 Making A Purchase

We accept the following method's of payment through our payment provider, Sage Pay: Visa(Debit/Credit/Electron), Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Switch/Maestro(Debit/Credit) and Solo in payment for orders from within mainland United Kingdom.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on the 'Add to Cart' button to select items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. Items can be removed from the basket by pressing the 'View Cart' icon; additionally you can alter the quantity of items by choosing this option. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' option and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
At present we will not send orders outwith mainland United Kingdom (e.g Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and The Channel Islands). Should you wish to order an item from outwith mainland United Kingdom please e-mail/phone us, and we will deal with your request on an individual basis.

 Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Backordered items will not be charged until the moment they are shipped.

 Returns Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products are covered by our 30 day no quibble returns policy, if you return the product in its original packaging unused, and in pristine condition.
Our 30 day no quibble returns policy comes into effect one day after the customer has received the goods.
Goods returned due to suspected/ possible/ probable manufacturing defect may require inspection to verify the suspected fault. Please note that some repairable faults are covered under warranty and will be repaired free of charge.

Please be aware that failure to follow care instructions will invalidate your guarantee.

Please include a note with your name, address, telephone number, receipt, and reason for return. We will process your exchange/refund as soon as we receive it.
Please note we are only able to refund postage for faulty or defective goods.

 Refund Policy

We are happy to exchange or refund any unused item returned to us with appropriate proof of purchase within 28 days, we make no charge for returns - there is no restocking fee. We will credit the card we have on file for you through RBS WorldPay.

Beyond this period a credit may be issued at our discretion. Credits will be available for a three month period from date of issue.

You have the right to cancel your order for refund/exchange within seven days of receipt of the goods - provided the product is in its original packaging unused, and in pristine condition.
